Overview

CartCraft (golfride.com.tr) respects the intellectual property rights of others and expects its users to do the same. This Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA) policy outlines the procedures for reporting alleged copyright infringement on the CartCraft website.

Counter-Notification

If you believe that material you posted on CartCraft (golfride.com.tr) was removed or access to it was disabled as a result of a mistake or misidentification, you may file a counter-notification with our Copyright Agent. The counter-notification must include the following:

  • Your physical or electronic signature.
  • Identification of the material that has been removed or to which access has been disabled and the location at which the material appeared before it was removed or access was disabled.
  • A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief that the material was removed or disabled as a result of mistake or misidentification of the material to be removed or disabled.
  • Your name, address, telephone number, and email address, and a statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the federal court in your district (or, if your address is outside the United States, to the jurisdiction of any judicial district in which CartCraft may be found) and that you will accept service of process from the person who provided the original infringement notification or an agent of such person.

Repeat Infringers

CartCraft reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to terminate the accounts or access of users who are repeat infringers of copyright.
